Like you said before, the guys that have head coaching experience are always going to have more negatives against them because for everybody else that has none of that, it's just a question mark for us.
For this, there's palpable, tangible things that we can look and point at and be like, this is definitely wrong.

sure of what he's doing and making good hires if you're coming in as a coordinator.
And I don't get the sense with Vance Joseph that he's going to be that guy and kind of lead Joe Shane in the direction that the team needs to go in and that he needs to go in to be successful.
So I'm very lukewarm on Vance Joseph, but that says nothing of the actual defense that he runs.

With the Jimmy Lake hire as defensive coordinator in 2024, definitely feels like a buddy hire.
He also brings in Zach Robinson, who also just followed him over from the Rams as offensive coordinator.

You have to also wonder.
And again, this is this is just something, you know, if you're interviewing a guy, I'm definitely asking the question about is about the entire drafting Michael Penix after bringing in Kirk Cousins thing.
It's the kind of thing that when it works, you're like, that was brilliant.
