There is a Messiah and it's not you and you're not perfect and that's okay.

And that people understand it.

So I think that can be very healing.

But I really think apologizing is helpful.

If I ever do that to people at work or in my family or at home, I always say, I'm I'm really sorry about last night or this morning or whatever.

And again, usually p as I said, people are people are I I had a therapist that said once I was talking about this, she said, Yeah, people are more concerned about themselves, they're not paying attention to you that much.

So it's that can be very freeing too.

Uh Andrew Garfield, I'm gonna thank you for so many things.

Um personally I wanna thank you for your friendship and your openness and your honesty.
