And, um,
When I got back to Los Angeles after my dad passed away, I literally was in my room and I told our Lord, very honestly, always speaking up to, not even saying our Lord, to God, because I didn't have a relationship with Jesus, to God the Father, because I felt that was my connection.
And I told him, I said, I'm going to take a break.
I'm going to get all this stuff out of my system.
And when I'm done, I'm coming to come back.
He respected it.
But I also, at that moment, saw and felt the Holy Spirit come out of me because he couldn't be in a defiled temple.
And out of my freedom and my will, I could see the release of that spiritual good that was in me.
Not that he fully went away, but he couldn't be with me in that respect because I willed it with my free will not for him to be there.
Pride is my number one vice.
It doesn't matter if you're converted or not.
You should know yourself well enough to know where you gravitate to.
So pride for me is where everything stems from.
Because I oriented myself so much to the worldly life of power and money and fame and fortune and...
It allowed me to puppet so many different things in my life, which I shouldn't have been doing because God himself is the one that is the master of that.
So when I looked at my life, if I led with pride,
if I led with my ego, then I knew that it would blind me enough to not see everything else around me.
And so I allowed myself to,
be overtaken by the demon of pride, so then I could, not literally, but from a perspective of just putting tunnel vision, putting my blinders on, so then I would lead by that, and literally, I have to tell you, by leading like that, by leading a life like that, you attract
other people that are on that same page because you're just magnetized to those people.
