Okay.

I would go to confession, but I would abuse the sacraments.

So I would party hard on the weekends, and then I would have a week where I would work hard, and then I would go to confession, and then I would do it all over again, which is exactly what we're not supposed to be doing.

Yeah, so I think a lot of people fall into that kind of space when you're not converted.

You truly don't know the truth about the gospel and about our Lord and why we're here on earth, which is to either reject God or to accept God, which warrants our place in heaven or hell.

But I didn't believe that.

I didn't believe in the reality of God and the truth that he's so alive and real and so intimately connected.

um placed in our lives to help direct us as well as he has his hand on this entire world on how he wants salvation for all souls i didn't i didn't get it i didn't believe it i didn't live it i i was completely far away from it um and so um that was probably attractive to the secular world and that's probably what attracted me to the secular world what about your friends who you would party with if you had told them that you'd be a priest one day

You know, it's so interesting.

A lot of my good friends were part of the industry.

Um, so, you know, major agents and major publicists.

Uh, Hollywood.

Um, so, um, for instance, um, one of my publicists was from CAA, which is creative artists agency.

And a lot of my, the people I networked with was, was from that.

That's where most of the celebrities are signed to.

Um,

My best friends, producers and publicists and agents and managers, producers and celebrities, all were...

It was more of a relational, transactional type of relationship with most of them.

But the ones that were, I thought, more friendly were they literally let me know that they were very happy that I actually had a conversion, that I was in a different space.

But they wished me well in that they were on a different path of life than I was.
