Do you give a lot of parties?
Never, I've never given a party in my life.
It's for my books.
Because I have also, all my books are in bookcases, not shelves.
Bookcases, 19th century wooden bookcases with glass doors.
So they take up a huge amount of space and you need a lot of walls.
Finally, after a few times, the broker will say, you can't afford an apartment big enough for your books, which I already know.

You should put half of them in storage.
