Very much so.

Don't go off doing jockey things, will you though?

I I that's too dangerous.

Yeah.

Right.

Yeah.

And it's that connection between culture and vision and communication.

And that constants kind of yeah, communicate.

Can never communicate enough when there's change involved.

So Richard, we're on our last question.

And um we've already, I think, gleaned a lot from from your leadership journey and practices that you have.

We're curious as to what top tips do you have for other leaders?

Thank you so much.

Let me start with Richard is a leader in my mind, who is a real human being, though I felt like we touched into uh the heart and soul of Richard in that conversation, which I really appreciated.

And the key things that I really honed in on was number one, the fun and the playground.

I think the wisdom of that as a leader is that energy that that creates, that aliveness that that can create.

How I think Richard described it as being a safe environment, a live environment, and a free environment.

Now, if we play that analogy out with playground, sometimes they might not be, but I think a lot of um health and safety has gone into playground batting these days, that it's a lot nicer than what you and I probably played on.
