And we were starting to –

You know, a big file was a meg, like one meg.

I mean, just the backups of external drives back then.

I mean, you probably remember they were so expensive.

If you think back to your first external drive, whatever year that was, you spent hundreds of dollars.

And now, you know, this tiny little thing with gigabytes on it.

So it was just a fascinating time.

And I came back and New Zealand was still just a sleepy kind of only internet.

It was so few internet sites existed in New Zealand that it was almost like, does anyone know anyone with a website?

And it was also that we had little gifs that were sort of the only animation or movement on a site because it took so long to load.

It might be like a little dancing bird or something that sort of pivoted on its spot.

It was so interesting.

But what was also really interesting at that time, so in 1998, so I had my first son and I lived rurally.

So I lived out in rural South Auckland and you could do online grocery shopping in 1998.

You could.

And there was no pictures.

You could go on the line.

And it was Woolworths.
