Actually, when I turned 50, I stopped saying yes to everything because I started going, actually, I want to get some balance because I was literally getting to the point where...

I could fill 12, 14 hours a day of things that other people were really keen to have me do.

And then I'd be like, well, when do I actually do my work?

So I've been a little bit more kind of sort of curating of my time now, but I still try to say yes to as many things like this was an easy one.

But it is really, if you look across starting a business, I'm of the view that as long as you're not going to hurt somebody by making a financial decision, like if it's going to impact on a family and you're going to take away the family car, don't do that.

But obviously, as you have successes, it does mean that you've got the ability to fund the next venture and to take some more risk.

And my newest venture, Love Heart, which is social learning for over 60s, it's a social enterprise.

So we're not expecting to make any money from it.

So deliberately from the outset, it just needs to wash its face.

And as it washes its face, then the cost and access to it will become cheaper for everybody because appreciating not everybody has that ability, particularly if they're squaring away money for their retirement.

But it has to get going.

So I always look at...

start with a low-hanging fruit.

You know, it's really interesting.

When the MindLab first started, so I had this vision of, you know, these kids who would come in and get access to the latest software and technology and things.

And I got an amazing team of people.

Some of them came with me from media design school, people I'd sort of met along the way.

And we started out with a team of, I think, maybe eight or nine people.

And I said, okay, so to get known for what we do, for the first four months, we're going to be doing birthday parties for kids.

And they were like, hell no.
