We need massive police and criminal justice reform.

So this is the thing.

Young people have shown up.

We've done our part.

They have done their part.

We need to be met halfway because the movement's there.

The anger, the organizing, it's there.

But stop chiding us and telling them, no, no, no, little child.

You don't understand.

We can't protect you from death.

What are we, politicians?

Are we leaders in this country?

So that's what I would say to the idea that the youth are not active.

I think they are, but I think they're cynical.

I mean, indeed.
