The reality of the case that again ended in a mistrial.

There was some

kind of weirdness with this judge.

Um there was one juror out of twelve.

There were three men uh on the jury and nine women.

You can imagine who the holdout juror was, but eleven were in agreement of acquittal or, you know, the agreeing that the in plea was insanity.

And then one was this holdout.

And so that ended in a mistrial.

The judge like sort of didn't handle it well.

But the reality is, is that Lindsay Clancy tried to seek help.

She told everyone, including her husband, I don't feel safe around my kids.
