Do you know what?
I always think that when I see Catherine, you know, Princess Catherine, and even Melania Trump, I'm like, my God.
I just walked away going, I'm much more, yeah, I'm a bit of a basic bitch when it comes to my clothing, generally speaking.
The habit of doomsday scrolling can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, powerless, especially in recent times.
And, you know, staying informed is important, but the challenge is there in balancing the awareness with a bit of self-care and learning how to remain mentally resilient in a fast-moving digital world.
And don't we know it?
I mean, God knows.
If I hear the words AI together again, the letters, I'll scream.
I know I go through cycles when I can't look away from the news cycle.
I end up over-consuming digital media, and I know it's not healthy for me.
I almost feel like I have a hangover.
Like we do, Francesca.
Like we do.
So how do we encourage respectful dialogue, manage our online habits and rebuild trust in order to create a healthier, more constructive digital environment?
Gosh, I'm trying to even remember the first time I typed in www dot something to look at anything.
Can you remember?
We just sort of evolved with it, I think, didn't we?
It's so true.
I guess we should actually count it as an enormous privilege that we were coming of age in that time when this is all evolving.
And I guess maybe some of our perceptions of it are built on the fact that we've watched it, we've engaged with it, and we've seen the ups and downs.
