Like, was it sort of smack you in the face?

Was it clearly obvious?

Or did it sort of take a little while for you to kind of go, yeah, no, this isn't going to be sustainable?

How far have we come since then, Taryn, since 2016?

It's such a beautiful, simple way to think about it, Taryn, isn't it?

We were born with these bodies and we weren't born with hatred for them.

I want to come back to that in just a moment.

But what frightens me at the moment, Taryn, is this trend of what we've been looking at this year, whether it was the awards season and things, of extreme skinniness to the point where you kind of, you know, I start going, please tell me we're not going back to this unhealthy look.

You know, I really thought we'd moved beyond this.

I didn't think we'd go back to this.

And it's very prevalent.

And I find instead of people saying, what an amazing dress or how gorgeous did their skin look or I love their makeup, the conversation once again was around women's weight and

I like that.

There's a lot in the world to worry about, isn't there, Taryn?

And I'm going to cross that off my list.

So thank you for that.

But you're so right.

I was thinking, I love the honesty which people, which women often talk about how they really truly feel about their bodies.

And I was having a think about kind of where I'm at.

And you mentioned there as you age, things sort of change.
