I was going to fixate on this look that we're seeing.
And actually, she's right.
It's a bigger picture.
It's a longer story.
Stop fixingating on it.
There's lots of other things I can worry about in the world.
But I just think a wonderful reminder for all of us just to check our narrative and how we're treating ourselves and how we think about ourselves.
And I thought really great advice there for younger people as well and how we look after them and their body image.
And as you said, there's always something new as we age and we're changing and our bodies are changing just thanks to ageing.
You know, there's always going to be something new.
We should probably be more curious about it.
We should engage in it with a little bit more curiosity and interest as opposed to dread, you know.
We're not going to gratitude wash this one.
