The only things we can control is our own reaction. So I use it all the time for myself as a leader because I'm just not wired enough. I'm not wired in that way to see all the perspectives immediately either.

I think that the most hard hitting way is that it just provides clarity. Breathwork gives you clarity. So if you're resistant towards change or making the transition or getting out of the relationship or launching the thing, when you breathe and you get that very clear vision or that very clear download, it's so loud. And that clarity is euphoric. That clarity feels really good.
