Well, we've been discussing the technical side of where to choose that the data center is being located, but there are other elements that you have to take into account.

I think that decision is also influenced by sustainability.

So let's discuss these elements as well.

And I'd like to start with, well, sustainability, which is a big issue for data centers.

We know that the demand for the capacity that it will keep growing.

So how can organizations reconcile performance with sustainability and energy efficiency?

Something that's really important in the decision where to host crucial information regarding your company is, of course, safety.

Cyber resilience, it has to be cyber resilient.

Cyber security is really important.

Europe has installed those new regulations like NIST 2 and DORA.

So how are they changing the expectations toward, for example, your business in the real estate, Jost?

Something else that we definitely should talk about is, well, you already mentioned sovereignty of the data, but also geopolitics.
