10% of their income on their monthly income in a gym when they're just learning, right?
Remember, rising middle class.
You know, what does a rising middle class actually mean?
It means that they're still learning that they can start spending on themselves, that they've just stopped, you know, focusing on buying the core essentials.
And now they're like, oh, wait a minute, maybe I can, maybe I can dabble a little bit, maybe I can, I don't know, look back.
Better, feel better.
But they're not gonna spend ten percent of their income on it.
So so so, you know, one solution?
Affordable gyms, right?
Simple.
And and that actually is it goes into kind of the thesis of Foxmont Fund three as well, is like, okay, like let's make things accessible to Filipinos, right?
Very simply.
So our first investment was in fact affordable gyms.
It's called BFIT.
These are large format, like, you know, two thousand, three thousand square meter gyms that is, you know, gonna charge less than twenty US dollars per month.
