And that's just one input that you're talking about.
We're looking at the entire picture of all of the inputs that we have to deal with.
It's not one simple thing.
I mean, all of those inputs that have been put in and that we're trying to battle still working against those prices that you're talking about from 1970.
We can't keep up with the inflation of agriculture based on the prices that we're being given.
Because we get the price that they tell us we're going to get.
We don't get to set the price.

No, it was so insulting, the statement that he made about that.
Number one, he wasn't even in it whenever the prices started to increase.
His tariff on that didn't do anything towards the improvement of the price of the livestock that we're selling.
So that would be number one.
You know, number two, the tariffs that he's put in place doesn't do anything towards the fact that we've got four big packers in this country that dictate what the price will be to us, other producers, the ones that are providing to them.
They like to take the the cheaper
products from South America and bringing up here either Argentina or Brazil, either one so that they can mix it because it's cost less.
They can mix it with a byproduct of what we have, the fat off of our fat cattle and cheapen up hamburger so that it is cheaper into the store and cheaper to the consumer.
But there's still such a gap between what they're actually charging versus what the producer actually receives.
