But it is shockingly not off the table from a mathematic standpoint.

I was watching the Guardians and Yankees on one of the TVs last night, and I'm like, when the Guardians are winning, I'm like, of course.

Aaron Judge goes down, and the Guardians have the Yankees on the schedule now.

And then they still found a way to lose.

They're like plus one or minus one on the run differential now.

It's like, you know, ridiculous.

So, you know.

Five and a half, but there's only one team in the entire American League behind them.

You have to do some climbing.

Yeah, only the Angels are behind them.

And the Angels were actually going to lay a loss on somebody.

Was it the Astros?

They were leading the Astros last night, and then they spit the bit and lost again.

But otherwise, the Royals actually did get help almost everywhere in the American League.

I think every team but one.

that could have lost and helped the Royals did last night.
