Then you have to put together a package and have a plan that you're going to say, you know what, we're going to have to give up some assets, right?

And the Steelers historically have not been willing to trade, make these big trades.

They've done it in the past, but not in a big way.

to go and get a player.

They're going to have to package maybe two first-round picks or something like that and go and get a quarterback in the draft so that they can rebuild.
