Get something that five years from now, you're not feeling like you're underpaid and a vastly different cap environment that. matched

I mean, you don't have to really squint hard to see how much this cap is increasing and yeah, it'll reach a period in time. matched

And I think probably a more nuanced conversation to have, it'll reach a point in time in the relative near future where this cap should level out for a little bit, meaning to, you know, slight two or three year increases. matched
