Some may just say, look, I'm not even going there.
Like, it's just a non-starter for me.
Like, yeah.
I mean, that might be a real factor for Edmonton moving forward.
So right now, I believe that it's accurate that it's three teams.
There's been some haziness as to whether or not the three teams that have been reported are all accurate.
Is it two of the three?
Or is it all three?
There's been some question as to that.
But I think the truth is, at least right now at this juncture, Dylan Larkin isn't giving the Detroit Red Wings a ton of options to go seek this deal and get it done.
And with that, it's been interesting to watch the reaction from around the league.
I talked to a few managers over the weekend who had phoned Steve Iserman to see if they could get in the mix and didn't even get a call back.
So that led them down one of two paths.
Either Steve Iserman is stewing over this, which is entirely possible,
Or he's already engaged with the short list of teams that he's talking to and he's trying to work something out.
I'd lean toward the latter, even though the former is more fun.
But whether or not, like I have, like first off, if Vegas is one of the teams, like they're not engaging in that conversation right now.
