But when we went out, we went out to win and we went out to play and we were very, very strong as a group.
So there's a lot of people that write about culture and do pretty seminars and talk about culture, but they don't understand it and come in very, in different ways.
And culture is there for one reason.
It's there to win.
If you have a good culture and you don't win, forget about it.
So at this point, we've got a good balance with that.
But as I say, we have to always keep on top of it because if you drop it and you don't win, then you have an issue.
Yeah, it will do because there's a lot of stuff.
We work a lot on the training ground.
Tactically, I think we've evolved a lot as a team.
I'm not sure the lads get enough credit for that because we have a lot of games we've played this season where I'm really pleased because I know the work out there is transferring onto the pitch.
But I think to get out of this league, specifically when you're not a parachute team, when I think about teams, I think about the Ipswich story a couple of years ago and I looked at it from the outside and it might just be me, but they've got something good going on there.
You could see it from the outside in terms of the energy of the group on the pitch.
And I look at certain other teams.
I remember when teams like Burnley were doing amazingly in the Premier League.
And you kind of go, how do they keep coming mid-table when you think they might be down there?
And you could see that character.
And everyone has a different version of it.
And ours has to remain.
And that's why I'm big on that.
