It's important.

You know, I tell guys, you just want to be great.

I mean, I didn't second guess anything.

I just wanted to be able to say, hey.

I'm laying on the table every day.

And I did it for my family.

I did it for my friends.

I just wanted to be consistently great for the organization.

I wanted to win.

Well, first of all, it's about winning because I never really lost in my life.

I was always high school champions, college SEC champions.

When I got to the major leagues, it was about winning.

And I got to the White Sox.

We were a doormat at the time.

And within like five years, we were a team everybody was talking about.

Winning the championship, actually winning it, joy or relief?

It sucked because I was injured, 2005.

I played a little over a month that season.

I had a huge impact.
