actually claims to be a the truth.
So it defeats itself.
It's self-contradictory.
It's like saying I can't speak a word in English.
like when people say there is no truth, which is what the postmodern say.
We ask them, is that true?
Is it true that there's no truth?
And so we point out that the foundation of the war on reality is self contradictory.
Because they try and make everything relative just to whatever their subjective feelings are.
But as soon as they say that, they're not really dealing in reality out there, they're just dealing with their feelings.
We can misperceive reality, that's true.
If I think the world's flat and you think it's round, I just misperceive reality, but you have the right perspective on it, and vice versa.
So
The whole book is predicated on the fact that there is a reality out there that we can know.
And it's not really hard to know it, but a lot of times we suppress the truth about reality because we want something more.
And typically, many times that has to do with sex, as Paul points out in Romans chapter one.
We hold the truth down, we suppress the truth, we go our own way, we're given over to futile thinking, and then ultimately to a depraved mind where not only are we
Doing evil, we're cheering on other people who do it.
And I know you covered this, but a few weeks ago, that law up in Massachusetts.
Which allowed a woman to kill her baby up to the moment of birth.
