Th this is a little bit different discussed in US than in than in Europe and I think uh that's for me the second disadvantage.
Right.
The biggest is about the investment culture.
The second is do we really have enough people who really have this belief and saying I want to achieve something and I don't speak about work-life balance, I um speak about I want to have success, right?
Um and both is a valid
the um life which you which you want to have, but if you want to really compete, then we need people who are willing to jump in and doing everything in order in order to um the to be successful.
But on the other side there are enough people
Here could be more.
Um and I think when I look at software development, I think Germany is a perfect place uh to do that.
Not saying that France or Italy or w whatever are worse, that's not uh what I'm su what I'm saying.
But if I would create a new company, I would do it in Europe, not in US.
And main thing is talent plus cost factor, right?
And
It is so international you don't need to be in the Silicon Valley, right?
It's not necessary anymore 'cause information is everywhere.
Um of course maybe you know a few people more there if you are going through through the streets, but you know
That's not I would say that's not a big differentiator.
I think um we have a big advantage here in building application software because we have a lot of different industries here, which we should use at a as our advantage.
US is more driven from the pure technology, pure technology side.
