He has a bachelor's degree in geosciences and broadcast meteorology.

Well, but it does to him and to his lawyer, Gloria Allred.

She says the case may be the first of its kind because a man is claiming discrimination based on his age and gender.

He's seeking unspecified damages, punitive damages, and attorney's fees.
