From all the nations of continental Europe, every one of which at that period had lodges.
From the territories of the Grand Turks
and from the Indian and colonial possessions of France, Spain, Portugal, and Holland.
The principal and most numerous representatives were, however, from Germany and France, and
through the skillful agency of the notorious Baron Knigg.
