Are we tracking people? And realizing that I was the one I've been waiting for allowed me to become my own internal parent, right? My own internal CEO, step up, do the great things that I need to do. And then as a result, do so much less, Hala. Because now I'm getting my needs met. People are able to do the work because I've asked them to. Yeah. Because I've created the plan.
