So basically you do what everybody expects you to do, basically.
And so when people tell you,
Yeah, telling me exactly what it is, yeah.
I did GCSE Geography, sorry, GCSE Sociology.
Hold on.
I did GCSE Sociology and it was a phrase that we often wrote essays about.
Might have changed since then.
It's a long time ago.
But it is that thing of, okay, so say for example, the eldest child, which I am, is told, oh, you're the clever one, you are organised and you live up to those expectations that people have.
Yeah, yeah.
those labels that people put upon you.
So I suppose there is an element to that sometimes where you go, do I actually want to do this?
I'm being told that I should do this, but is this something that I actually really want to do?
You feel more motivated.
It's that thing, isn't it, of that perpetual motion of the more of something breeds more of something.
And so I think when you get up and you do a positive thing, even if you don't want to do it, that might be going for a walk.
That can help motivate you to do the next thing.
And we were talking about the overwhelming nature of lists.
And Lois was saying to me the other day that she's writing.
