You make a good comparison with children, because actually, I think often mothers, and fathers, but, you know, society still, you know, largely the children end up... Doesn't undervalue what... Yeah, doing a lot of the work, feel...
They're not getting anything done, but what they've done is amazing things.
They've spent time with their children and they've done lots of things with them.
But I suppose your animals aren't going to survive if you don't do that.
So you don't feel you've achieved anything.

Yeah, there's always got to be a take.
I think if you've got 50-50, you're lucky.
I'd be amazed if I got 50-50.
If 50% of the stuff you do you really love and 50% you're not so keen on, that's not a bad balance.
Work for that.
And I think a lot of people, you know, just can't find the joy in the job that they do.
And that's a tough place to be.
Exactly.
And it reminds me of when I was at Sky and I used to go and knock on the door of the head of sport every night when I was doing sports news and say, can I do some live sport?
