And they were really good and managed to meet an investor who put up the money and got one going and then got a couple more.
And then he called me up and said, look at these numbers.

And I said, you're full of shit.
Those aren't real.
You can't do math.
And that turned into a conversation.
But it turned out he was right.
And so he convinced me to move out here.
And it was the best decision I ever made.
And our roles have been historically that he would handle really sales, marketing, fundraising, investor relations, which is massively important.
It's more important than the construction side for a development company.
Um, he would handle that and I would handle the operations.
So I would handle construction management.
I would handle the staff.
Um, we would both kind of manage the strategic decisions of the company, the vision where we wanted to go being aligned.
