But I feel like there are different interpretations of it and there's a lot of confusion.
There's like unspoken truths that need to be talked about.
I think for many spiritual teachers that are using these words or even talking about very elevated concepts like unconditional love and non-judgment and the non-dual essence, but it feels like a lot of people mean different things and there's misconceptions in the field.
So non-duality, like ideally it comes down to the point that consciousness is the ground of all being and the non-dual essence is like that loving nature.
almost anima-like energy, which is free.
It's unconditioned.
So it's able to be perceived as a very fluid form that doesn't play into any one construct.
That's like the soul essence.
And it feels very higher dimensional just to even feel that and introduce that as a possibility.
But this is a world of duality.
That's like the first rule of earth school.
If we came here, we knew that we would be signing up for experiencing the fullness of life through the duality of it all.
Remembering that awareness is non-dual is such a big key, it feels like, to being able to flow through life because it allows you to remember that
This experience doesn't need to constrict you.
It doesn't mean that the more you're introduced to, you need to now fight these elements or try to feel like there's always a cage to bust out of.
You could leave the door open to interpretation, integration, really just feeling how there's a different way to bring your energy that doesn't have to feel like it's part of even the system.
It could be a little bit like in this world but not of this world if you preserve that original frequency and those feelings that drive you to a deeper meaning here.
But what's happening in the non-dual space, like what I see is the shadow of it, is that there's a lot of people with a lot of pain that they don't want to feel.
And because of that, they're just going to use this as the most convenient cop-out from the deeper integration.
So it's like spiritual bypassing, and a lot of people are unafraid to admit it, that yes, this is what we do in order to look at reality as...
