That's how chi energy flows.
In a lot of these traditions, they talk about it like it's kind of a circular flow.
With kundalini, it tends to be framed in a more linear way, like it's just energy moving from the base of the spine upward.
But I feel it's meant to be
a complete flow.
So even with something like Kundalini charge, if you're feeling an awakening, which some people can have spontaneously, or if you're learning to move this sacral central energy throughout you, or creative energy even, you can start to feel warmth in your body.
It's not always some dramatic event.
It's simply like a waking up of
your power, your passions, your drive.
You'll feel it move from the sacral into the heart field.
You might feel like you want to speak this.
You want to bring this out into your physical creations or contributions somehow.
And then all of that starts to come back into and through you.
That's how it becomes a sustainable circuit.
So your energy through the creation of passions, through actually aligning with all the parts of you that have been
meant to exist in coherence without fear by choosing to really understand how can they harmonize, then you start to find a way to literally nourish yourself with your own energy.
I think nothing can be more beautiful than that because then you're feeling by giving you receive.
And not in the way that you need people to validate you or you're receiving the feedback.
It's just like the sensory feedback your own soul gives you to affirm that you're on the right path.
And that's because you feel energized.
