A parkour class in the suburbs of Singapore.
But it's not your usual teenagers vaulting across rooftops.
Instead, it's a group of seniors around the ages of 50 to 70 jumping over barriers, hurling themselves over playground equipment, balancing on walls.
By 2030, it will be one in four.
Shibun's solution was to adapt the principles of parkour, the art of moving efficiently through an environment, for older bodies.
But if you ask him to describe what his classes actually entail, his answer's a lot simpler.
It started in 2017.
One coach, one 64-year-old student and plenty of people questioning his approach.
Nine years later, though, the sceptics seem to have gone quiet.
Most of his students are Singaporean women in their 60s and 70s, but not all of them.
