And in talking to him and doing interviews, you may not get that impression, but when it comes to him as a coach, there is a relentless positivity to him.

Splitter likes to, he likes to push the ball up the floor.
He's not stuck into, and I think this is important for the Bulls, he's not stuck into sliding guys into positions all the time.
And Denny Avdi is a great example.
Denny Abdi as the body of a power forward played more point guard than any other position this year.

Because he was comfortable with the ball in Denny's hands.
He's very good going downhill.

He's not going to put guys in a stylistic box.
He's going to take who he has and he is going to craft a system and a style around the talent that he is working with.
And I think the positionless stuff with him is very important when you look at two of the important building blocks Chicago has.
And I'm talking about Josh Giddey, and I'm talking about Matas Bozelis.
Both of those guys are multi-position guys.
As much as we like to say Giddey's a point guard, yeah, well, he also can be a wing as well and do a nice job there.
Bozelis can play three positions on the floor.
And I think when you look at how Splitter was able to deploy Denny Avdia, what he was able to get out of Scoot Henderson.
