If he has the season that he had, Tielemans' career has been marked by ups and downs.

He's only been up with Villa.
He hasn't been down.
Yeah, but Tielemans before Villa when he was in the prime of his career and was a guy who's been up and he's been down.
And his qualities are different from the other central midfielders that they have.

You're bringing in a guy who has a different skill set and then
When you have more of a system coach, that means you have to make an adjustment.
When you have more of a guy who can say, like, I'm so good at coaching that I can bring this guy in and everybody can adjust because suddenly there's a different type of threat, there's a different profile there, then it can be a positive.
I just don't have this faith in Karrick that he is that guy to do that, as opposed to having a system that you execute.
That that would be my concern with United.
