I didn't practice as much as me.

I don't know if that much you actually did practice.

Because you practice too much, your quad starts ripping in half.

So I would always do a couple after training, maybe like 10, 15.

Because you do too much, you start fatiguing.

And training the next day, you walk around with a broken hip.

So yeah, I would always practice them.

again you love shooting especially when you're younger um and then as you get a bit older you start to do it just day before a game you do like five six just to get the feel um just always just ticking over really never doing too much where if you're 10 11 12 you can huh christiano let you take any of them it was it was basically on the left it was him on the right it was me and in the middle it was normally him
