And this is what I like about what Graeme Coughlin's done.

He's turned these sulky, classy players and he's got them working hard and running hard.

To me, that's the biggest improvement of the whole lot.

I don't know technically or tactically what he's done, but he's got them running for each other, and he's got them kind of bought into the journey.

He's been good.
