Now we move into our culinary conundrums and our good pal Mick is with us again this week.
What have you got for us, Mick?
That's a tricky enough one, isn't it?
Like for the depending on what level the person that you're uh I would say to slow cook something here, if you're if you're dependem like of course I could say a beef wellington or something is super impressive.
You've got to
Lovely idea, but I would say if you were to slow cook a shoulder of lamb or a leg of lamb now, like with Moroccan seasoning on it, and serve it with a big bowl of cuscous and like a nice fresh tomato salad.
Dirty rice.
Yeah, something like that and stick it in the middle of the table, it means that a lot of the like it's lot of people barbecuing at the moment.
It's difficult to do all that stuff in advance.
Where if you were to start your shoulder lamb on the barbecue, give it a really good sear into a pot with some Moroccan spices, a tin of tomatoes, some chicken stock, cover it in tin foil, bang it in the oven for four or five hours.
It'll go really soft when people arrive the place.
