You can of course make pestos and uh you can freeze them, like you can throw them into a little um if you had a bunch that was coming to the end of its life, so say it was coriander, you could throw it into your uh your nutri buller or whatever you had a little blend.

Fresh fresh herbs and f and dried herbs do very different things in cookery.

So like I would never say to someone to substitute using dried herbs if a a dish called for fresh herbs.
