But I think they've kind of got to go and be able to utilise the squad.
This is a brand new thing for Ulster.
They're starting to see players going away at Irish teams.
You're starting to see you've got to utilise your squad.
We've got to make sure people are fit come the end of the year, the business end.
But we've got to make sure we're in the business end of the season.
And I think the big thing for Ulster and the big learning really for them is they have to understand what their biggest fixtures are within a season.
Their biggest fixtures are, if you think of what happened this year, it isn't Leinster.
It isn't the Stormers.
It's actually against the likes of the Dragons, the Scarlets.
You've got to take five points out of these games.
You've got to collect points along the way.
Those are the games that actually, if you don't collect the points in, those are the games that mean you're not in the end of the year.
You've got to make sure that...
That's when I'm in the business end.
So whether you kind of look at a season, and I'm sure the coaches talk about this, but if you map out a year and kind of work out what is our ultimate goal here, we do realize that if we're playing six games and we have three games at home and three away, how many do we actually need out of that block?
And you start working it out over the course of the season.
That's how they get themselves.
That's how they manage a squad.
