But I thought she got an incredible number of questions in in that 45 minute or so interview that were very revealing.
She covered a lot of ground.
But to your point, it's very difficult in that moment to kind of cut in and have a fact on hand to say, actually, gas prices across the country are at 295 or whatever it may be.
It's very difficult to do that.
But it feels like that's actually the most useful thing for the viewer.
And so you kind of allow him to just kind of tell, frankly, a lie.

Believing that this isn't some cynical play for what's next.
I have a hard time believing that even earlier or later in that interview, she talks about the text message that Donald Trump sent to her regarding the kind of credible threat against her son.
She said it was disgusting and it upset her and all of this stuff.
But she wouldn't say exactly what he said.
And it made me think of all of the people.
I won't name names.
All the people who have these really great scoops on what's happening in the government or the thing that happened behind the scenes.
