And it was sort of, it went through this period where we had a different managing director or a different team manager and all the rest of it every six months.
There was no real stability in the race team.
So that probably, that, and then once we sort of got the right people around, they're like, man, our engine program's no good.
So then engine program got going again.
And pretty much by the time we got to sort of 15 and 16, the cars were competitive again, but we didn't have the consistency of the other teams.
And I mean, you always want to back the people in that you've got because you're always going to back them in.
But yeah, I think the biggest thing was the constant changing of leadership.
So that was always, right, now we're going to do it this way and do it this way.
And then, okay, someone else comes in, right, now we're going to do it this way.
And the guys are going, what am I doing?
Am I left-handed or I'm right-handed or what are we doing here?
So I think there was a period of that and that sort of put the team on the back foot.
And then once the sort of team started to get a bit of momentum going again, yeah, like I say, I felt like in 16 in particular, we had pretty good cars.
Like actually we were pretty fast and certainly the second half of the year we were quite fast.
But after that, I left and it wasn't really my problem anymore.
I think that was probably the start for HRT where Tom was sort of sick.
