things that they could do to address their fascia or even address tight spots on their body.
Because everybody watching has something, knee, hip, shoulder, rotator cuff, low back, cervical, something.
I felt it immediately.
But I'm not a high stress person, but...
With that, I definitely felt.
It looked like I was about to swing a golf club, yeah.
