I'm like obsessed with her.

I watch her sleep so much.

I mean, I, I,

Love this woman.

And we spend probably 50 or 60% of our time just laughing at each other.

We really get each other's sense of humor.

And I was an only child, so I didn't have spouses growing up.

So I tend to act like a brother to...

my wife and like tease her like a sister just to push her buttons and see how far I can take things.

But she knows that about me.

It's just a great, you know, dynamic.

But, you know, back to the ego and these realizations.

So how does somebody,

wants to go on this journey of introspection, how do they start?

Because like you, I'm not a fan of just all of these, this self-help motivational guidance that seems to be endless and it has to, you have to have it with you your entire lifetime.

You know, I love philosophically how you approach, like, you can fix something, and then you don't need me anymore.

Right.
