Do you do red light therapy?
You know, the thing is, whether you knew it or not, you were spending so much time
moving your body and grounded.
I mean, touching the surface of the earth is one of the healthiest things that you can do.
And so all that time, you're just discharging into the earth.
Your body was very grounded.
I mean, all that time on the beach and in the water, the ions for the water, they're so good for you, man.
There's a reason why you feel great at the beach.
And do you feel disconnected when you're not near the ocean?
