This is a process of calming oneself down.

Yeah, I wanna come back to Silver Sea, this cruise line.

It is a small ship cruise line.

There was no crowding.

We were catered to.

It was top notch.

And there was something, I even spoke to the captain about this.

about all of the crew.

It's like they were hired for their disposition first, their talents and skills second.

You can always teach talents and skills.

You can never teach disposition.

And everyone that we interfaced with on that cruise had such a lovely disposition.

That helps to calm people down.

So it's not just what you bring to the party, but hopefully those who are facilitating your excursions, your trip, your travel, have that disposition where they're not looking to make things more difficult for you, where they can be compassionate and empathetic.

I am one.

that seeks to foster that disposition in others.

So I try to bring that myself in dealing with anyone that I meet.

Correct.
