And so your brain is telling you while you're in it that you'll never get out of it.
And then when you're out of it, that you'll never go back in it.
But then you learn and you realize that, or in this case, this final case, that I need to stay so vigilant and
and prevent the relapse because the relapse is actually part of this entire conundrum.
Exercising every day, eating right, getting enough sleep, taking on projects that keep me busy and accepting invitations.
So getting out of the house and talking with people.

I'm lucky to have a really good therapist.
I didn't always have a therapist because in some cases I couldn't afford it or I didn't have the insurance for the medication.
So this last one happened to come at a time when I had insurance and enough money saved up that I could take a few months off to go into the hospital and get my head straight.
