You know, you may not want to go out and have points with him, but once he's a member of your team, you're going to protect him, you know, and you're going to support him and you're going to push him and you're going to challenge him.
And that's the piece that we do with senior executive teams, talk about what it takes to get to that level.

So there's a drive to be better.
There's a drive to improve.
There's a drive to innovate, learn, and it's constant, but not in a way that's overwhelming.
You know, it's very deliberate.
It's, you know, we call it this kind of incremental evolution, you know, but it's managed.
We're looking to evolve.
And there's so many things impacting on the group that the context is slightly shifting.
There's some form of transition going on at different times and that can kind of disrupt the quality of the collective performance.
And you're looking to play and adjust that.
And the head coach is trying to orchestrate
