But I think the space is really important.
And because we go in with some motivation at Christmas and you'll see people out running in the rain with caps on, but you won't see them by the time February comes.
They will have just fallen out of that space.
So motivation is not sustainable.
You know, it's kind of, it's emotionally driven.
It's not structurally supported.
So the thing we will speak about at that Bene Call event
will be this what they call habit stacking.
You know, I'll give you an example of a habit stack that I have.
We all brush our teeth in the morning.
The dentist will suggest that we should brush for two minutes.
And I have noticed when I brush my teeth, I'll be rushing to brush my teeth.
So I'm not present and I just get them done.
I may not.
I brush my teeth for two minutes, but now I'll slow down and I'll breathe.
I'll just take the moment, be where my feet are, and I'll brush my teeth for two minutes.
But I'll also get some breath work done while I'm doing that, you know, because stress to get out, stress to get down and get kids ready, whatever it is, all these little stresses that we have in our lives prevent us from being present.
So the breath work for me stabilizes that.
The other thing I'll do is I'll place the milk wash right beside that.
so that's another little habit i'll have and it's very simple for me to to do and i heard one person describe that they make their lunch for example the evening before that's putting good system in place you put your lunch in the fridge and she said i put my benicol beside my lunch so that i don't miss it i take it every with me every day i either have it at lunch
